I just love movies, I admit I’m addicted to movies, I love to eat pickles and popcorn and watch a good movie. Here’s a list of some of the best movies of 2007, movies that I saw and loved. (hope you’ll love them too)

In my opinion 2007 was the year of Denzel Washington who played a great part in American Gangster. Heck, I think that American Gangster is the best film of 2007 and Denzel was the best opponent for Russell Crowe.

After the first 5 minutes of American Gangster I thought this movie is going to be another lame remake of the great trilogy The Godfather. Some may even say so, but I tell you that this movie is really good and inspirational. I just loved Denzel’s charm, the craziness and guts of Russell and the way the two got to work together after years of working in different worlds, when all they had in common was their passion for money and drugs. Russell plays the role of an honest cop in a dirty world man for money and success. With the help of another 3 honest friends he manages to put an end to one of the biggest drug cartel ever. Denzel plays the role of a tough gangster that in the end will help Russell put in jail many gangsters.

Another great actress is Angelina Jolie. In 2007 we saw her playing the role of Mariane Pearl, the wife of Daniel Pearl a jewish journalist killed by Al Queda partisans. Also her role in Beowulf was extraordinary.
