“Women are meant to be loved, not to be understood.” - Oscar Wilde
It seems that some of you are curious about the Hip Hop Kemp festival. Well, take a look at the video below and check out Redman’s live Pick It Up version.
Let the party begin!
I just got home from visiting my parents and already have to pack my things for Czech Republic. I’m going to Hip Hop Kemp. This is one of the biggest hip hop festivals in Europe.
The audience is over 25.000 hip hop lovers - or better said, music lovers. People all over the world are comming to Festival Park, Hradec Králové with trailers, tents, cars, just to listen to some good hip hop music.
As far as I read about the camping site, there has been some changes. Good changes. There are more showers, more toilets (and somebody is going to make sure those are kept clean) and when the night will fall, some lamps are going to show you the way through the campsite. The most interesting part? There will be a beach near the festival site! Hooray! If you get tired of nodding your head, you can relax a bit on the beach. Sounds great, isn’t it?

In May she surprised everyone with her secret wedding with Nick Cannon. She’s 38 and she’s looking fabulous!
Of course I’m talking about Mariah Carey, the pretty butterfly of the American music industry. Elle Magazine has put Mariah on the cover of their latest edition.
Although everybody is excited about Mimi’s latest music album, E=MC², I’m sorry to say but I really don’t like her latest hit, Touch My Body. For me the song is too childish (and so is the video) but hey, who am I to critic her work.
Anyway, she looks fabulous at 38 and it seems that her marriage is working swell. At least they appear to be happy.
According to People.com Nick is thrilled about his marriage with gorgeous Mariah:
“Marriage is amazing. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me”
Anyway, here are the photos from Elle Magazine:

It’s a girl for Nicole and Keith! The Australian actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl Monday morning.
The couple named her Sunday Rose Kidman Urban and at the time of birth she weighed 6 pounds, 7.5 ounces.
Keith wrote on his website:
“Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today. More to follow”
Last month, on 20th of June Nicole celebrated her 41st aniversary. For her, a whole stadium sang Happy Birthday Nicole. That was really sweet
Good luck to Nicole and Keith!
This is the song of the day! I don’t know why but this morning, after reading an article about Ruslana’s death I felt the need of listening to this song. It’s such a shame that a young, gorgeous lady committed suicide.
This is Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds with Kylie Minogue, a song from the Murder Ballads album released in 1996.
I love Nick Cave’s music! Enjoy
While watching Step Up 2 my mind was busy with some great tango dance scenes. Here are 3 of them:
Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere - Shall we dance?
Jenna Dewan and Antonio Banderas - Take the lead
Gabrielle Anwar and Al Pacino - Scent of a woman
I guess the guys from The Buggles must be impressed with this performance.
Bo Diddley, guitarist and founding father of rock’n'roll dies yesterday, June 2nd 2008 after a few months of illness. Last August he had suffered a heart attack after suffering from a stroke three months earlier. He then moved to Florida to continue rehabilitation.
Bo Diddley had dies at his home in Archer.
May God rest his soul in peace!
I remember when I first heard about the Hansons. I was a teen and they were so famous, maybe because the Backstreet boys were too old.
Anyway, I read about Zac (22), the youngest (the cutest) Hanson brother and his wife, Kate (24) who are proud parents of a baby boy.
The two are going to name the baby Shepherd.
“I am so overjoyed. [...] There is not an audience or concert that could ever stand up to the feeling of meeting your baby for the first time.” People
The other Hansons have kids: Taylor (middle child) and Natalie have 3 kids: Ezra (5), Penelope (3), River (1 year and 8 months) and Isaac (older brother) and Nikki have one child Everett age 1.
It’s funny how the cute Hanson boys are now the Hanson men with kids and family responsibilities. I wonder if their kids are going to form a band (something like The Kelly Family) and sing about love and friendship.
Then:
and now:
They all look so happy. If everyone would be this happy …
