“Women are meant to be loved, not to be understood.” - Oscar Wilde
As I said in the previous post, due to some technical issues the original post was lost but I decided to write it again since many friends emailed me to write it again because they lost the recipe. I think your partner will love this recipe! It is called : Spaghetti pasta with mushroom sauce.
So, you’re going to need: 500 gr. of canned beef meat or pork meat, 500 ml of tomato sauce, 5 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tablespoons of chili sauce (if the sauce is very hot make it just 2 tablespoons), a medium size onion, 1 big red pepper (not hot), 500 gr of canned mushrooms, 300 ml of red wine (a cheap one is more than ok), salt, black pepper.
Cooking instructions: You start by cutting the onion in small pieces. In a cooking pan you put 3 tablespoons of sun flower oil, the onion, 1 or 2 tablespoon of chili sauce and the red pepper (cut in small pieces as well).
In a separate bowl add 200 ml of wine, tomato sauce and one tablespoon of chili sauce and mix them very well. Then add this mixture to the cooking pan, where you’ve steeled the onion and the red pepper. Let them boil for about 5 minutes (if needed you can add a little bit of water, but not too much) and then add the canned mushrooms. After about 15 minutes or so you can add the canned meat and the remaining wine and let the whole mixture boil for about 20 minutes, but don’t forget to stir from time to time. Remember, if needed add a little bit of water. After 20 minutes add the cloves of garlic (sliced in small pieces, of course) and let it boil for another 5 or 10 minutes. You should always check the mushrooms.
I think you how to boil spaghetti pasta, right? Ok, so here’s how it should look:
This is the mushroom sauce (I’m a bit of messy when it comes to cook) …
