I love jeans!

I really can’t imagine a person that hasn’t got a pair of jeans in his/her wardrobe. The first denim material came from France, where the blue jeans appeared. They were originally created for workers and sailors, because it required all-purpose pants for its sailors that could be worn wet or dry, and whose legs could easily be rolled up to wear while swabbing the deck. The first to make a business out of jeans was Levi Strauss, who had a little help from Jacob Davis : “Initially, blue jeans were simply sturdy trousers worn by workers, especially in the factories during World War II. During this period, men’s jeans had the zipper down the front, whereas women’s jeans had the zipper down the right side. By the 1960s, both men’s and women’s jeans had the zipper down the front.”

Well, a couple of decades after teenagers realized that jeans are not just trousers for stinky workers so the fashion took a whole different path. They are now a must have in ever person’s wardrobe.

Nowadays we have a variety of brands and in the following article I shall tell you what celebrities prefer when it comes to jeans.

If you’re a Nicole Ritchie and Mischa Barton fan (although, I wouldn’t suggest you to look like them theye’re too skinny) you would probably want to wear Miss Sixty jeans. The people from Miss Sixty want to make the person who wears their clothes feel like they’re full of energy, young (maybe a bit restless?!?) and look good and sexy.

Another brand, used mostly by the famous Angelina Jolie, Sex and the city star, Kim Catrall, gorgeous Liv Tyler and double mommy Gwyneth Paltrow is the Blue Cult. Well, it’s not quite a brand with a interesting history, but the jeans from Blue Cult make your ass look super sexy.

If you were wondering what Jennifer Lopez is wearing go to the next Joe’s Jeans shop. The “tailor-fit” models match almost every body type. You can even say that jeans are a way of life.

In 2003 Chip and Pepper released a line of jeans inspired by the vintage style.

Well, don’t know ’bout you, but I love vintage clothes and so does Sarah Jessica Parker and lovely Jessica Simpsons. With the jeans from Chip and Pepper your body looks like you worth millions.

So, do you love jeans?
