hey hayley
i am 15 and battling with an EDNOS. I fast for 3 days and exercise way too much! but then ill go back to normal eating. i look at myself in the mirror and see fat and want to cry even though i no im skinny. i have to force myself to eat and not purge.
reading your story has given me hope- helping me believe i can beat this ednos and lead a normal life although it will be hard
please, if you have any advice on eating normal again, let me know

My daughter also appeared in New Idea awhile back is struggling with this disease. Do you have an line group where she could contribute and make connections she desparately needs for support?

Dear Hayley, I saw your story on the news today (2nd April 2008) and felt so many emotions. Horror at the images and sympathy for your former self. Having suffered with Bulemia myself before my son was born I felt empathy. Then seeing how well and contented you looked feeding Micheal I felt hope and joy. And this must be nothing compared to all the feelings YOU have felt over the years.I had to write to congratulate you on all you have achieved, I know it isn’t over but now you have more reason to fight.
