Eat healthy!

How many times have you heard or read about the benefits of water? Especially in the summer time, when the hot sun can cause real damages to your health and skin.

To start a day in the right way, in the morning you should drink a glass of water, but be careful and try not to drink mineral water (I’ll agitate your stomach). A glass of water on an empty stomach will help your digestion. If you’re a fruit person you should know that pineapple is also a yummy and healthy breakfast, not mentioning the fact that it’s consistence of water will help you hydrate yourself throughout the day.

In some cultures, salad is present at almost every meal. I was wondering why until a doctor told me that if you’re predisposed to indigestion you should eat some salad before the main meal. The reason is that the stomach may have some difficulties in processing the meat, and the salad may roth inside your stomach if consumed with meat. Many specialists recommend vegetable an fruit salads. I don’t think I must tell you that vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins and are an excellent source of energy.
