“Women are meant to be loved, not to be understood.” - Oscar Wilde
A couple of months ago I read an article about the differences between men and women. The article said back then that a woman speaks about 20.000 words per day, while a man let’s out just about 7000 words.
Of course, this lead to a battle between ladies and gents. Each part tried to find a reason for this survey, they even tried to prove it is wrong.
After all the fuzz a team of scientists studied more than 400 students during their conversations using some kind of numerical recorders. The truth is that a woman speaks 16.215 words per day while a man speak 15.669 words per day. The difference is only by 546 words, an insignificant difference I would say.
